At Quess Corp, our ESG initiatives contribute to 8 of the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which are integrated into our ESG Framework across four key themes.
Quess Sustainability Focus Areas
At Quess, our sustainability initiatives are designed to drive impactful change and align closely with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Each of the four pillars defined below embodies our commitment to fostering a sustainable future, enhancing lives, and promoting ethical practices. They guide our actions, empower our employees, and help us create lasting value for society, the environment, and our stakeholders.

At the heart of Quess is our people. Embracing diversity and fostering inclusion empower us to harness the collective strength of society. Our commitment to a nurturing work environment and gender parity ensures that every individual has the opportunity to grow.
In FY25, over 74,000 women were part of our workforce, making up 50% of our core employees and 16.6% of associates.
Digitizing Job Discovery
Through Qjobs, we posted over 4,000 job openings monthly in FY25, maintaining a 99% fulfillment rate.
Nurturing Work Environment
We’ve been re-certified as a Great Place to Work® for 2025-26, a testament to our focus on employee satisfaction and well-being.
This pillar aligns with SDGs focusing on gender equality (SDG 5) and decent work (SDG 8), aiming to create inclusive, fair, and diverse work environments that contribute to societal progress.

Our responsibility extends beyond business. Through the Quess Foundation, we channel our efforts into education and health, helping to build a brighter future for the children of tomorrow.
We adopted 75 government schools, providing essential facilities that benefit over 17,000 students.
Academic Support
Over 1,000 school bags and 72,000 notebooks were distributed, and we provided life skills education to over 13,000 students. We also trained more than 7,000 students in computer skills and awarded scholarships to 99 deserving students.
Health & Wellbeing
We screened over 17,000 students, with 12,000 receiving dental care and over 12,000 students identified for psycho-social support.
These initiatives directly contribute to SDG 4 (Quality Education) and SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being), emphasizing our role in nurturing the next generation and promoting health within communities.

While Quess is not a carbon-intensive company, we recognize the importance of mitigating climate change risks. Our commitment to environmental stewardship is integral to our sustainability strategy, setting an example of how low-impact companies can lead the way in reducing emissions and conserving resources.
We are certified under ISO 14001, ensuring that our environmental management system adheres to global best practices.
Responsible Waste Management
In FY25, we responsibly disposed of over 3,500 kgs of e-waste, significantly reducing our environmental impact.
Biodiversity
Over 500 trees have been planted as part of our commitment to sustainability.
These efforts support SDG 13 (Climate Action) and SDG 15 (Life on Land), driving forward our environmental agenda to mitigate climate change and protect biodiversity.

Our commitment to strong governance practices ensures transparency, accountability, and ethical business operations. As one of India’s largest private employers, we prioritize responsible labor practices and uphold the highest standards of governance.
In FY25, we had zero complaints related to anti-bribery or conflicts of interest.

Our Cyber Security Council, overseen by the C-suite, ensures that data privacy and cyber security practices are followed at the highest level.
